Overview
Working for St Hilliers builders and their clients Australand and Citta Property Group, we completed Stages 1, 2 & 4 of the expansive Living Carlton development. The project is an environmentally sustainable development, incorporating both social and private housing covering 7.5 hectares.
Our scope of works included;
- Feature trees
- Understory planting
- Synthetic grass mounds
- Exposed aggregate concrete paths/stairs
- Custom-built barbecues and outdoor kitchens in the outdoor communal spaces
- Irrigation
- Maintenance
