ANLC completed the civil package of Officer Town Centre where we worked closely with the client Cardinia Shire Council, Places Victoria and builders Watpac.
Our Scope of Works for the civil works contract included;
- Cut and fill works including compaction and testing
- Detailed excavation for footings, paths and concrete slabs
- Installation of FCR bases, including compaction and testing for concrete slabs and paths
- Installation of asphalt pavements for both pedestrian,vehicular and MFB access
- Installation of stainless steel retractable bollards
- Paving slabs
- Exposed aggregate slabs
- Concrete footings, retaining walls and stairs
- Granite paving
- Granite Tactiles and Stair Nosing
- Hand rails and custom street furniture
