Overview
We worked closely with the Cardinia Shire Council and Watpac builders to complete the Officer Town Centre. The timely and efficient completion of this project was a testament to our close working relationship with the builders and diligent planning from our team.
Our scope of both soft and hardscape works included;
- Bulk and detailed excavation to our scope
- In-situ walls
- Installation of advanced trees
- Design and installation of automatic irrigation system
- Installation of planters to level 1, 2 and 3 terrace balconies
- Feature custom timber seating
- Stainless steel handrails, skate deterrents, bike hoops and waste disposals
- 600m2 granite paving
- Decorative exposed aggregate pavements
- Asphalt pavements
- Porous paving
